Sport Facilities
Stadiums
- You can play football, beach volleyball, and do track & field at Inseechandrasatitya Stadium (Insee Chantara Satit Stadium or Sanarm Insee for short)
- You can play basketball, volleyball, badminton, and lawn tennis at the Gymnasium. You can also do fencing, boxing, and weight-training there.
- You can play table tennis and do Thai fencing and shooting at Thepsatsatit (Tape Sart Satit) building. However it is being demolished to make way for the Student Activities Building construction project.
- You can do Karate, Judo and Taekwondo at Multi-Purpose Building
- You can find hockey, softball stadiums and the Sports Science Research Center at Thira Sutabutra Stadium. (Sanarm teera Sue tabut)
- There are rugby, basketball and archery stadiums
- There are petanque, takraw and outdoor volleyball stadium
Chulabhorn Walailak Swimming Pool (pronounced as Chulaporn Walailak)
The pool provides training facilities for swimmers of all levels from amateurs to national athletes. The pools are also available for the general public in order to promote health and wellness.
There are four kinds of pools:
- Standard swimming pool
It is appropriate for competitive swimming (length 50 meters, width 25 meters, depth 1.80 meters)
- Diving pool with platforms (length 20 meters, width 18 meters, depth 5 meters)
- Two training pools with a covered roof
It is appropriate for beginners. (length 25 meters, width 12 meters, depth 80 centimeters)
- Swimming pool for competitive training or advanced fitness (length 25 meters, width 12 meters, depth of 1.2 meters)

Kasetsart University Veterinary Teaching Hospital (Rong Payabarn Sat Pad)
Kasetsart University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Bangkhen, is one of four animal hospitals managed by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University. The hospital focuses on the teaching and the research needs of Veterinary Medicine students. It also serves as a veterinary training facility. The hospital treats small animals, primarily dogs, cats, rabbits, as well as some exotic pets. The hospital’s highly trained, experienced professional staff has access to the latest modern medical equipment designed for the treatment of sick animals, which makes the hospital a relay center for animals from across the nation and from neighboring countries.

KU Happy Place Center
KU Happy Place Center is a part of the Department of Career Guidance and Employment within the Office of Student Affairs. The Center integrates two sections which work together to achieve its mission of student care. The first section focuses on students with disabilities and the other section promotes student well-being by focusing on career planning and employment advice.
The KU Happy Place Center provides several important services including
- Educational support services to students with special needs
- Group and personal counseling to students
- Psychological tests to evaluate mental wellness
- Projects which aims to develop students’ wellness and life skills (for all students, including students with disabilities)
- Training projects for
- developing and improve understanding of wellness
- Improving education and training for students with disabilities
- providing education and training to teachers or health-care personnel who working with people with disabilities

KU Canteen 1 (Bar Mai gwa)
The canteen has retail stores and eateries that provide a wide variety of ready-to-eat food and cooked-to-order food. It also offer halal and vegetarian foods so that you do not have to violate your religious belief or personal value. The canteen also has a parking lot and an evening food market called “KU Night”.

There are various public transportations that can accommodate your travel around Bangkok.
Bus
There are 4 bus stops overall. Two of them are located at Ngamwongwan Gate 1 (https://goo.gl/maps/1aYahZxSe8Q2W53J9) and 3 (https://goo.gl/maps/aVnnyaGmZRA962Gr8) along Ngamwongwan road.The other two bus stops are located at Vibavadhi Gate (https://goo.gl/maps/iVXckTo5NTsXrEwc7) and Phahonyothin Gate (https://goo.gl/maps/zCCQW1PeoaZnGGyX9).
BTS
Bangkok Mass Transit System or BTS has 2 lines of sky trains; the Green Line (Sukhumvit Line) and the Blue Line (Silom Line). To get to Kasetsart University, you need to go along the Green Line and then stop at Kasetsart University station.
BTS is linked to other public transportations such as MRT (Mass Rapid Transit), BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), and ARL (Airport Rail Link). They are quite helpful when traveling around Bangkok.
SRT Dark Red Line
The SRT (State Railways of Thailand) Dark Red Line is a part of the SRT Red Line suburban railway system aiming to serve the greater Bangkok Metropolitan. It runs for 26 km from Bang Sue Grand Station to Rangsit station. The nearest station from Kasetsart University is Bangkhen Station. The station is located near Vibavadhi (Wipawadee) gate. It can be reached through Agricultural Museum (Sumnak PiPittapan)

From Donmueang International Airport (DMK) to Kasetsart University
- To get to KU, you can take the following busesfrom Don Mueang International Airport
- Take Bus number 29 (Rangsit – Hua Lamphong), then get off at Kasetsart University (Vibavadhi gate)
- Take Bus number 59 (Rangsit – Sanam Luang), then get off at opposite Kasetsart University (Phahonyothin gate)
- Take Bus number 187 (Uea Athon Village Khlong 3 – Si Phraya Pier), then get off at Kasetsart University (Vibavadhi gate)
- Take Bus number 510 (Thammasat University Rangsit Campus), then get off at Kasetsart University (Vibavadhi gate)
- Take Bus number 555 (Rangsit – Suvarnabhumi Airport), then get off at Kasetsart University (Vibavadhi gate)
- SRT from Donmueang Airport
- Take SRT Dark Red Line from Donmueang Stasion that is linked from Domestic Departure (Terminal 2), Don Mueang Airport to Bangkhen Station.
- Taxi
- Take taxi at the arrival gate.

- Take Road Number 31 and use the Vibhavadi Rangsit Frontage Road to enter Kasetsart University.
From Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport to Kasetsart University
- Bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport
- Take the bus number 555 (Rangsit – Suvarnabhumi Airport) and get off at opposite Kasetsart University (Vibavadhi gate)
- Airport Rail Link (ARL) from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Floor B1.
- Take Airport Rail Link to Phayathai Station, and then switch to take BTS Skytrain to Kasetsart University Station.
- Taxi
- Take taxi at the arrival gate.
- Personal car from Suvarnabhumi Airport Head west
- take Suvarnabhumi 2 Road to Suvarnabhumi 5 Road, then take the ramp toward Bang Pa-in/Kanchanaphisek Road/Bangkok/Rama 9 through Bangkok – Chon Buri/Motorway 7 and move to Express Way Stage 2, and then take Din Daeng Exit and follow the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Express way, then take Road Number 31 following by the Vibhavadi Rangsit Frontage Road to enter Kasetsart University.
